The Role Electrical Estimator You will be responsible for pricing electrical packages typically ranging from £500k to £2m as part of wider commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Working closely with the pre-construction team, you will be involved from initial enquiry through to final submission, playing a key role in securing new work and supporting continued growth.

Key responsibilities include: Reviewing tender documentation including drawings and specifications Producing accurate electrical take-offs and cost plans Issuing enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors Analysing and comparing quotations Attending internal tender review and adjudication meetings Preparing detailed tender submissions including clarifications and exclusions Supporting post-tender negotiations where required Requirements Electrical Estimator or Intermediate Electrical Estimator level Experience within M&E Building Services Proven experience pricing commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects Stable employment history demonstrating commitment and reliability Strong technical understanding of electrical systems within commercial environments Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines Good communication skills and a collaborative approach This role would suit candidates currently working as: Electrical Estimator, Intermediate Electrical Estimator, M&E Estimator, Electrical Cost Planner.
