MRF Operative (Ref: R/MO/M/264) 3 Month Fixed Term| MondayFriday | Rotating shift Week 1: 06:00 AM 2:00 PM, Week 2: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM £13.64/hour (Paid weekly your wallet will love that!) As an MRF Operative (Materials Recovery Facility Operative), youll be a key part of our recycling operations, responsible for sorting recyclable materials on the picking line and supporting the smooth and efficient flow of materials through the facility. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork. What you NEED to bring to the table: Excellent communication skills Organisational and prioritisation skills Team-orientated Flexibility to work overtime, as required Bonus Points if youve got: Minimum 6 months experience working within a warehouse environment Who are you?
