Head of Project Delivery

We're retained on a senior hire for a specialist offshore business, and we're looking for an experienced Head of Project Delivery to join their UK Senior Leadership Team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a high-impact role with full accountability for the delivery, governance and commercial performance of a portfolio of offshore renewable projects — from contract award through to completion.

What the role involves: Leading major offshore projects, managing key client relationships, developing project delivery teams, and overseeing critical subcontractors. You'll work closely with offshore execution, logistics, marine operations and commercial functions — and play an active role in shaping business strategy and growth.

What we're looking for: A proven project delivery leader with offshore renewable energy experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to operate at senior leadership level. Experience managing complex subcontractor relationships and delivering projects safely and profitably is essential.
