Assistant Service Manager — Lead Care Team & Community Support

Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative are hiring an Assistant Service Manager to join our team in Torfaen / Blaenau Gwent. You will help supervise the day-to-day operation, support the people we assist, and lead a caring, person-centred service with a focus on independence.

The role requires experience in social care, a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards), and a willingness to travel for meetings and training. Sleep-ins and weekend shifts may be required.
