Support Worker (Day shift and Night shift)

Part-time Support Worker 14 hours per week over 2 days between Monday -Friday. The successful candidate will ideally have experience with animals or a farm setting. We are looking for a team player to join us for 2 days a week at our site in Chelmarsh. You will need to be available to fill the contracted hours over 2 days between Monday and Friday and these days will be flexible, not set. Staff receive their rotas a month in advance as minimum. Any extra days, evenings or weekends would class as additional hours. The role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities in a range of farming and horticultural activities. Experience working to high standards of health and safety , along with infection control policies and procedures is crucial. Driver with UK manual licence for at least 1 year and own vehicle (there is no Public Services). Maths and English Level two and above HSC Level 2 Diploma or similar. Farming/ agricultural / horticultural experience highly desirable Qualification within Health and social care desirable Some of our roles require males, females, race and age specific employees only.
