Part-time Support Worker

Up to 16 hours per week
Working pattern, typically 2 hours per day between 11am-1pm. One day per week will require a 4-hour shift to accommodate the individuals needs.
This is an ideal opportunity for a parent whose children are in school, as these hours are within school time. We are will to be flexible around school holidays and also willing to consider reducing the contract if someone would like to work Monday-Friday.
Joining bonus £200 (T&C's £50 on completion of onboarding, £150 on completion of 6 months probation)

He loves cars, music and has an interest in what is happening in the world. He likes collecting items and cycling.
We are seeking a reliable and committed individual to provide person-centred support to an individual within their home and the community.
The role involves supporting with daily living tasks such as shopping, banking, cleaning, health and nutrition choices. You will help promoting independence, and enabling access to community activities and appointments.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing practical and emotional support
Following care/support plans
Essential Requirements:
Driver with UK manual licence for at least 1 year and own vehicle.
Experience delivering person-centred support
Experience in supporting people with Autism
Passionate about supporting people to live a happy and fulfilled life.
Promote independence and daily living skills. xwzovoh
Good IT knowledge/skills/systems
Desirable Requirements;
Previous experience working with Positive Behaviour support
