We are currently seeking experienced CNC Laser and Plasma Operators for ongoing work within a busy fabrication and manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, skilled operators looking for consistent long-term employment.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Operating CNC laser and plasma cutting machines
Loading programs and setting up machines
Cutting and processing metal components to specification
Basic dressing and finishing of parts where required
Reading and working from engineering drawings
Carrying out quality checks on finished components

PAY RATES 13-week probation period (Temp-to-Perm):
Days: £19.25 per hour
Night / Back Shift: £23.85 per hour
Overtime: £26.75 per hour

DETAILS Payment: CIS or Umbrella
Probation period: 13 weeks (enhanced rates included)
Long-term ongoing work for the right candidates
Immediate starts available

REQUIREMENTS Previous CNC Laser or Plasma experience xwzovoh is essential
Ability to read engineering drawings confidently
Experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Strong attention to detail
