About the Role Are you a qualified healthcare professional looking for a new, rewarding direction in your career? We are seeking Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics to join our team of PIP Functional Assessors .
This role offers a unique opportunity to use your clinical expertise in a non-clinical settingcarrying out holistic assessments, reviewing medical evidence, and preparing detailed reports that help inform decisions on Personal Independence Payment (PIP) claims.
What Youll Be Doing Conducting face-to-face, telephone, or video assessments with claimants.
Gathering a clear understanding of how an individuals health condition affects their daily life.
Reviewing additional clinical information and medical evidence.
Producing high-quality, evidence-based reports no treatment, diagnosis, or clinical intervention required .
Working within clear guidelines, supported by robust training and continuous professional development.
What Our Client Is Looking For Current registration with NMC / HCPC (Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic).
Minimum 1 year post-registration experience .
Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and report-writing skills.
Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
Empathetic, patient-centred approach with strong professional integrity.
