Culina Group is a market leading food and drink logistics provider across the chilled and ambient temperature ranges, providing warehousing, distribution, contract packing and a series of value added solutions Job Description We’re looking for professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our CML team in Telford, supporting our Chilled operation and delivering to key retail customers across the UK. This is a permanent day driving role offering full-time stability, and the opportunity to be part of a trusted logistics operation. You’ll be joining a supportive transport team where safe driving, reliable service and high professional standards are valued every day. Shift patterns available This role is a 3 on 4 off shift pattern working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Start Windows between 14:00 - 18:00Our 3 on, 4 off shift pattern provides extended periods of rest, greater flexibility, and an outstanding work-life balance, making it ideal for those who value quality time outside of work.
