Maintenance Electrician

Maintenance Electrician £21.90 per hour + company van Hampshire/West Sussex Maintenance Electrician required for a high quality and thriving housing association to carry out install, maintenance and repair works in both occupied and empty residential properties in and around London. You should have previous experience in the same role and be qualified as detailed below. You must work safely, deliver excellent customer service, keep accurate records, and maintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards. The successful candidate will be part of an on‑call, out of hours rota. The rota will be discussed in more detail during the interview. This role is temporary initially with a view to turning permanent after a minimum period of 3 months.
