This is a commission only high-impact, high-reward protection sales role with hot inbound leads , no cold calling , and a proven model: £1,000 per policy (typical) Clients who need you — not who need convincing Advisers feeding you qualified leads daily Realistic OTE: Year 1: £30,000–£50,000 Year 2: £80,000–£120,000 Year 3: £150,000 Year 4: £175,000 What You'll Be Doing: Convert live, qualified mortgage leads into protection business — no cold sourcing Work closely with your adviser pod to maximise referral volumes and retention Deliver honest, client-first advice with precision, urgency, and follow-through Own your pipeline — from contact to completion Learn, grow, and earn — with clear targets and ongoing coaching What You Bring: We're not hiring on years of experience.
We're hiring on attitude, accountability, and commercial instinct .
