Commercial & Supply Chain Specialist

Our client, a leader in food distribution are hiring in their supply chain team. This permanent position is ideal for someone with a strong background in supplier relationship management and supply chain control. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with all core range suppliers to improve inbound service levels Increase the flexibility and efficiency of the supply chain by working proactively with suppliers Identify new opportunities for streamlining processes, reducing costs, and generating income through effective supply chain delivery. Manage and develop supply chain income by increasing existing revenue streams and creating new ones. Motivate and manage direct and indirect reports to achieve the best results. Job Requirements: Ability to maintain effective relationships with key suppliers and third parties Strong skills in identifying opportunities for streamlining and reducing costs within the supply chain. Experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve optimal results. Strong data and analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
