You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of behaviour and creating a positive learning environment during teacher absences. Key Responsibilities Supervise pre-planned lessons across a variety of secondary subjects. Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment. Encourage pupil engagement and participation in lessons. Follow school policies and procedures at all times. Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to uphold the school's high standards.The Ideal Candidate Has strong behaviour management skills. Is confident supervising classes across a range of subjects. Has excellent communication and organisational skills. Is adaptable and able to work with different year groups.
