Job Title: Assistant Site Manager Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire Position: Temp to Perm / Long-Term Pay: £240.00-£250.00 per dayAbout the Opportunity Our Client is a one of the leading developers looking for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join our team at our flagship development of 3& 4 bedroom homes in Didcot. Responsibilities Working hand-in-hand with the Site Manager, you will be a vital driver of the build program Lead daily operations, managing sub-contractors to ensure Croudace's high specifications and NHBC standards are met flawlessly. Maintain our impeccable on-site health, safety, and environmental standards-ensuring everyone goes home safe at the end of the day. Oversee 1st/2nd fixes and final finishes, conducting home demonstrations and ensuring a seamless, 5-star handover experience for our customers.Qualifications and Experience We need someone with an eye for detail, strong leadership presence, and a passion for housebuilding. Proven track record as an Assistant Site Manager (or an experienced Finishing Foreman/Supervisor ready to step up) within volume or regional residential housebuilding. Valid CSCS (Supervisor/Management), SSSTS or SMSTS, and First Aid at Work. A firm but fair approach to managing trades, great communication skills, and a relentless focus on the final finish.
