The Role

As HR Generalist, you will report directly to Senior Management and oversee all day‑to‑day HR activities across the business. Supporting approximately employees across multiple NI and UK locations, you'll manage a broad range of HR responsibilities within a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle across the business
• Provide day‑to‑day HR guidance and support to managers and employees
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and documentation
• Support onboarding, inductions, contracts, and probation processes
• Advise managers on absence management, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters
• Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with current employment legislation
• Liaise with external advisors regarding employment law updates and more complex HR matters
• Assist with reviewing and improving HR processes and policies
• Support recruitment activity across operational teams when required
• Monitor absence, holidays, and HR reporting requirements
• Promote a positive and collaborative culture within a fast‑paced production environment

The ideal candidate

• Previous experience in an HR Generalist role
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• CIPD or relevant qualification
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
