the country.Your new roleAs Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance. Acting as a key link between finance and operations, you will work closely with contract managers, operational teams, and business development to support growth, improve profitability, and optimise financial performance.You will take ownership of providing insightful financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring robust financial governance across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with operational and business development teams to drive revenue growth and maximise contract profitabilitySupport the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and annual operating plansDeliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts in collaboration with shared servicesProvide clear financial insight into business performance, including variance analysis and KPI reportingAnalyse contract performance, identifying risks and opportunitiesSupport the sales pipeline through financial appraisal, business cases, and bid supportDrive improvements in working capital, billing processes, and financial efficiencyChallenge existing business practices and implement process improvementsPresent complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholdersWhat you'll need to succeedFully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CIPFA)Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering roleStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilityExperience working in a fast-paced, matrix environmentAbility to influence and engage senior stakeholdersStrong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearlyA proactive, driven approach with the ability to meet tight deadlinesWhat you'll get in returnOpportunity to work in a commercially impactful, business-facing roleExposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-makingA dynamic and fast-paced environment within a growing organisationCareer development and progression opportunitiesWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
