Production Operative  Estover, Plymouth £12.71 per hour Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 3:00pm Temp to Perm Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Estover, Plymouth. The position is offered on a temporary to permanent basis, providing the opportunity to join the business permanently following a successful probation period. Duties may include: Operating production and manufacturing equipment Assembling products to required specifications Quality checking finished goods Packing and preparing products for dispatch Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following company health and safety procedures The ideal candidate will: Have previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred but not essential) Be reliable and have a positive attitude towards work Be able to work effectively as part of a team Have good attention to detail Be able to follow instructions and processes accurately Additional Information: Temporary to permanent opportunity Monday to Thursday working pattern Weekly pay whilst temporary On-site training provided Due to the location of the site in Estover, having your own transport would be beneficial.
