Job Title: Site Manager - Retail Fit-Out Location: Scotland Salary: £280 - £300 Job Type: Permanent / Contract Optio Resourcing is working with a leading retail fit-out contractor to appoint an experienced Site Manager to run live retail construction projects across Scotland. The Role: * Managing day-to-day delivery of retail fit-out/refurbishment projects from mobilisation to handover * Overseeing subcontractors, programme, and site safety * Liaising directly with client stakeholders and store operations teams * Ensuring works are delivered on time, on budget, and to brand specification * Managing out-of-hours/live trading environment works where required About You: * Proven site management experience within retail construction/fit-out * SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold/White), and First Aid at Work essential * Strong programme and subcontractor management skills * Full UK driving licence, willing to travel across Scotland About Optio: Optio Resourcing is a specialist recruitment consultancy for the retail construction and fit-out sector, placing Site Managers, Project Managers, and Contracts Managers nationwide
