They are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RGN) to join their care home in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, PE13 3EP.

The Role As a Registered Nurse youll provide person-centred care that meets the physical, psychological, and social need s of our residents.

You will: Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of needs Use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions Develop tailored care plans and complete risk assessments Administer medication safely and maintain high clinical standards Be valued and respected for delivering nursing care the right way Essential Criteria Current NMC registration (RGN) Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices xwzovoh Experience producing care plans and risk assessments Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLS/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines) Dedicated, compassionate, and committed to person-centred care Strong leadership skills You must be a driver unless living locally due to the location of the home Interested?
