Specifically, you will: serve as a key advisor to Senior Partners, Partners, and Client Activation teams, ensuring external workforce solutions align with business needs and talent strategies;  oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Advisor onboarding, renewal, and offboarding, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a seamless experience for all stakeholders; and act as a steward of operational excellence, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and introduce innovative approaches to external workforce management.You will also manage risk and compliance related to external workforce operations, ensuring adherence to McKinsey’s policies and regulatory requirements. Lastly, you will influence and shape the firm’s external workforce strategy by providing insights, feedback, and recommendations based on your expertise and operational experience.This is a high-visibility high-impact role, and you will thrive in a dynamic environment working across teams and with a passion for driving continuous improvement.
