We're looking for an experienced, passionate Front of House Supervisor to join our small, close-knit team at Holy Carrot Portobello.

We're all about exceptional produce, seasonal ingredients, thoughtful cooking and hospitality that feels warm, genuine and effortless.

We need someone who shares that passion, takes pride in the details and understands that great service is about far more than simply delivering food to a table.

This is a hands-on position in a small team, where everyone gets involved and no one is above rolling up their sleeves.

You'll help lead service from the floor, maintain consistently high standards and create memorable experiences for every guest. You'll set the pace, lead by example and support the team in delivering hospitality we're proud of.

Solid experience in a quality, service-led restaurant, ideally in a supervisory role.
A genuine passion for hospitality and making people feel welcome.
High personal standards and a sharp eye for detail.
An appreciation for exceptional produce, seasonality, sustainability and thoughtful food.
Confidence to lead a shift, make decisions and take ownership.
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
Someone who enjoys working in a small team, supporting others and leading from the front.
