We’re seeking a high-performing freelance recruiter (commission based) with a proven track record to place top law talent. You can make anywhere from ($60k-$90k+/ placement).
About You:You’ve worked as a recruiter within an agency.You’ve successfully placed Litigation Associates and VC Attorneys from Am Law 100 firmsYou live and breathe recruiting: sourcing, screening, pitching, and closing talent in competitive markets.You're comfortable working independently with hiring managers to build world-class teams.You're proactive, organized, and resourceful. No hand-holding needed.
What You'll Do:Source and engage top-tier candidates for Litigation Associates and VC Attorneys.
Requirements:2+ years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).Demonstrated experience working with Am Law 100 lawyers. xwzovoh Excellent communication skills with both candidates and stakeholders.
