HR Business Partner

We are currently partnering with a fantastic SME business who are recruiting for an experienced and commercially focused HR Business Partner to join their busy HR team where you will be supporting managers across the organisation

This is a varied and hands-on HRBP role, providing advice across the full employee lifecycle as well as partnering with the business on people strategy, organisational development and change. You’ll build strong relationships with managers and business heads, providing practical HR advice and challenge to help create engaged, high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as HR adviser and business partner to managers and business leaders, providing HR advice and guidance.
• Providing expert advice on a broad range of employee relations matters, including absence, performance, conduct, disciplinary and grievance cases, wellbeing and workplace conflict.
• Managing complex ER cases through to resolution ensuring compliant and fair throughout
• Supporting workforce planning, organisational change, restructures and organisational development initiatives.
• Partnering with managers on recruitment, onboarding, talent and workforce planning requirements.
• Supporting annual salary and bonus review processes.
