Head of Quality Management

Job Title Quality Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality function within a well established FMCG manufacturing business. The successful candidate will oversee product quality, food safety and compliance, while driving continuous improvement across site operations. Based in Craigavon, this is a fully onsite, permanent position offering consistent involvement with operational, technical and quality teams. The working pattern provides valuable visibility across the manufacturing site and supports close collaboration with colleagues. Top 3 Things to Know About This Job Top 3 Things to Know About This Job: Salary of £30,000 to £35,000, negotiable depending on experience Permanent, full time opportunity within a leading Northern Ireland FMCG manufacturer Lead the site Quality function and drive continuous improvement The Role: * Lead all aspects of the site Quality and Food Safety systems * Maintain compliance with BRC, customer and internal audit standards * Develop and lead the site HACCP team * Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audit preparation * Work closely with Operations and Technical teams * Train, mentor and support the Quality team against agreed KPIs The Person: * Experience in a Quality Manager or senior Quality role within FMCG or food manufacturing * Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC and food safety legislation * Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills * Analytical, detail focused and practical in approach * A relevant third level qualification in Food Science or a related discipline is desirable The Rewards: * £30,000 to £35,000, negotiable depending on experience * Permanent, full time employment * Career development and progression potential * Supportive and collaborative working environment Next Steps For further information, and to apply for this Quality Manager role, please contact Nedas Maciulaitis.
