£12.71 per hour
Full-time | 37 hours per week

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Process Assistant to join a busy and supportive team based with one of our clients in Newport. This is a 12-month temporary opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality administrative support.
In this role, you will support the delivery of transaction processing services, handling a range of routine administrative and operational tasks. You'll work collaboratively within a team, ensuring processes are followed accurately while providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Working Pattern
Hybrid working: 3 days from home, 2 days onsite
Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pmKey Responsibilities
Process transactions in line with agreed procedures and business rules
Handle calls, emails, queries, and general correspondence
Maintain and update records on internal systems or databases
Resolve routine queries and escalate more complex issues when required
Prioritise and manage your workload to meet deadlines
Support team members and collaborate across departments
Produce, print, and distribute reports, data, or invoices
Maintain accurate records for audit purposes
Identify opportunities for process improvementsWhat We're Looking For
