Team Leader – Grounds Maintenance Location: Ormskirk L40 Salary: £13 – £13.50 per hour | Temp to Perm Hours: 7.30am – 3.00pm (currently) | From April 6.30am – 4.00pm About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a trusted grounds maintenance company in Lancashire, who are looking for an experienced Team Leader. This is a hands-on role leading a small team and delivering high-quality grounds care across a variety of sites. If you have experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or horticulture, and enjoy organising teams, this could be a great fit.
