Transactional Manager

Are you an experienced Transactional Finance Manager looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting for a commercially focused business seeking a hands-on finance leader to oversee the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control functions.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the transactional finance function while delivering robust financial controls and exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead and develop the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash processes.
• Ensure supplier payments and customer collections are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor cash flow, aged debt and working capital performance.
• Produce KPI reports and management information on transactional finance performance.
• Drive improvements across finance processes, controls and systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls and audit requirements.
