About the role

The role involves strategic leadership across housing property, asset management and capital investment, with two days per week in Bristol and a day rate of £850–£1350 via umbrella company.
The post requires delivering safe, compliant and energy‑efficient homes, and managing major transformation programmes, budgets and regulatory compliance.
