Payroll Senior

My client is a multi-award winning, Top 100, firm of Chartered Accountants. They are looking for an Payroll Senior to join either their Leeds or Sheffield office. Responsibilities: • Managing own portfolio of payroll clients from start to finish including a variety of different workplace pension schemes • BACs payments for clients • Liaising with HM Revenue & Customs • Setting up new payroll clients • Advanced payroll work; for example, setting up pension schemes, PAYE scheme closures and analysis of payroll • Liaising with managers and team members with payroll enquires and reporting • Assisting with training and development for Payroll administrators • Dealing with employee enquiries • Liaising with clients directly via email and telephone • Training payroll administrators when required Requirements: • CIPP qualifications (not mandatory but desirable) • Experience working in a payroll bureau/ accountancy practice environment • Experience using BrightPay payroll system • Maths and English GCSE A-C or equivalent Benefits: • Medicash Plan • Subsidised Gym Membership • Death in Service (4x Salary) • Buy and Sell Holidays • Social Club • Season Ticket Loan • Retailer Discounts • Employee & Client Referral Scheme • Enhanced Sick Pay • Annual Professional Subscriptions • Employee Assistance Programme and Wellness Resources • Contributory Pension Scheme Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear IT Recruitment Limited.
