We’re seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with 3+ years experience in residential building services design to join a genuinely supportive, people-first consultancy where wellbeing, respect, and genuine team spirit are at the heart of everything they do. The Role: You’ll be responsible for the technical design and coordination of mechanical building services systems; including heating, cooling, ventilation, and domestic water; using software such as Cymap and IES. Key Mechanical Design Engineer responsibilities include: Mechanical services design and calculations. Producing technical reports and design documents. Participating in design team meetings and internal reviews. Managing your own workload and contributing to project delivery. Supporting or leading on technical matters depending on experience level.
