Remote Audit Quality Technical Manager

The aim of this role is to support the Audit Quality and Compliance function. Ideally, I am looking to speak with individuals who are enthusiastic about audit quality and continuous improvement. This role will sit within the central Compliance Team, reporting into the Associate Director for Audit Quality. A Top 20 Accountancy practice with a national presence. This firm are a rapidly expanding business who offer a full range of audit, accountancy, tax and advisory services. Audit File Reviews: Perform engagement quality control reviews, hot and cold file reviews. * Training: Design and deliver targeted training across the firm. * Collaboration: Work closely with UK offices to promote consistent and high-quality audit practices. * Quality Control: Help build and maintain strong audit quality procedures. Strong experience in external audit, quality control, audit file reviewing, and technical accounting. In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in audit software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage projects and mentor others effectively.
