Production Operative

Production Operative Lyth Hill £15.00 per hour Full-time | Temporary (2–3 weeks) We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a short-term project based at an industrial site in Lyth Hill. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates who are reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Handling and assembling large components * Constructing and preparing moulds * Injecting materials into moulds * Removing and handling finished products * Using hand tools including screw guns * General production and manual handling duties Requirements * No CSCS card required * Must have own PPE (high-vis, safety boots, hard hat) * Comfortable with manual handling and physical work * Reliable with a strong work ethic * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Working hours and pay * Monday to Friday * 8:00am – 4:30pm (flexibility required for later finishes) * £15.00 per hour * Paid full day (subject to agreement, even if finishing early) * Weekly pay Additional Information * 2–3 week project (potential for extension depending on workload) * All tools and equipment provided Apply Now If you are interested, please apply with your CV or contact us directly for more information
