Multi Skilled Plumber - Level 2 or Level 3 HMRC Contract - 240,000 sq. ft. Commercial Property Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualification level) About the Role We are recruiting a Multi Skilled Plumber to support a key HMRC contract within a large, high-profile commercial building. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established UK-wide facilities management provider, working in a stable, compliance-driven environment. Candidates with Level 2 or Level 3 plumbing qualifications will be considered. Level 3 is preferred, but strong commercial experience at Level 2 will also be welcomed. Key Responsibilities Planned and reactive maintenance of commercial plumbing and drainage systems Pipework inspections, adaptations, and repairs across a large 240,000 sq. ft. site Fault finding and completion of remedial works in a timely and compliant manner Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work systems, and safe systems of work Communicating effectively with the on-site client, reporting defects and site findings Completing all job sheets, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation accurately and on time Working closely with other engineers and site teams to maintain operational standards Required Skills & Experience C&G / NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent technical qualification) Experience within a commercial maintenance or facilities management environment Good understanding of commercial plumbing systems and compliance requirements Knowledge of Health & Safety practices and Permit to Work procedures Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach Physically capable of carrying out site-based maintenance duties What's on Offer Salary range of £40,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience and qualification level Permanent position on a long-term HMRC contract Secure role within a leading facilities services provider Opportunity to work on a large, technically varied commercial site Training, development, and progression opportunities RG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
