Maintenance Manager

Are you an experienced Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager from a fast-paced FMCG environment?

Do you have strong experience with high-speed, linear production and packaging lines?

MacGregor Black is partnering with a rapidly growing UK-based FMCG business on the search for an Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager.

This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a small engineering team while remaining involved on the tools. The site is undergoing significant investment, with the opportunity for the successful candidate to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a small engineering team.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance.
• Support a fast-paced, high-speed production environment.
• Remain hands-on with engineering and fault finding.
• Drive reliability, standards and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Operations and report to the Operations Director.

What We're Looking For:

• Engineering leadership experience within FMCG, food or similar manufacturing.
• Experience with linear/continuous production and packaging lines.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering knowledge.
• Hands-on leadership approach.

Salary up to £70k
