The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Have experience teaching within KS2, ideally in Year 3 or Lower KS2. Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners. Demonstrate effective classroom and behaviour management skills. Be confident adapting teaching and learning to support pupils of different abilities and needs. Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and the wider school community.
