This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a busy team of fee earners within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners across the Commercial Property team.
• Manage, format and amend legal documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout.
• Transcribe and proofread letters, emails and other correspondence to a high standard.
• Undertake audio typing and prepare documents and correspondence efficiently and accurately.
• Support file opening procedures, including ID checks and the preparation of client care letters.
• Manage scanning, pagination, photocopying and general document management requirements. xwzovoh
• Provide wider administrative support to the team, effectively prioritising tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.

The Candidate:

• Previous secretarial experience, ideally within a law firm or Commercial Property/Real Estate team, with strong document management, formatting and typing skills.
