Key responsibilities include: • Preparing tenders and budgets to secure future projects • Managing pre-construction matters effectively and efficiently • Building and maintaining strong subcontractor and client relationships • Assisting in keeping project costs competitive and commercially viable • Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior members of the team • Taking a more strategic and client-facing role within the business This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Estimator looking to join a forward-thinking contractor with genuine growth plans and a modern approach to work-life balance.
