Warehouse Team Leader

Warehouse Team Leader Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, is seeking a proactive and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join their growing team as part of an ongoing expansion. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise, motivate, and support the daily activities of the warehouse team * Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of picking and packing operations * Coordinate with freight forwarders to manage outbound logistics * Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Warehouse Manager * Maintain high standards of health & safety and operational productivity * Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timelines and deadlines Candidate Requirements: * Previous experience within a warehouse environment * Either prior supervisory experience or a strong desire to progress into a Team Leader role * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Must live within a commutable distance of Hatfield, Hertfordshire This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation in a newly created role, offering an immediate start for the right candidate
