Plant Fitter

Plant Fitter   Depot Location:  Newton-Le-Willows   Working Hours:  7.30am to 17.00pm Monday to Friday   Contract Type:  Full time / Permanent role   Financial Package:  £45000 to £47000 Per Annum + Overtime   My client, a well-established Commercial Vehicle/Plant business is actively seeking to employ an Plant Fitter on a straight day shift.   Key Responsibilities: * Inspect and prepare equipment to the highest standards * Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs * Adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times * Maintain, repair, and Service HGV vehicles * Repair mechanical and electrical defects on all vehicles and related * Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately * Pre MOT checks and preparation   Role requirements: * Experience in HGV/LGV repairs * Class 2 license (preferred but not essential) * NVQ Level 2/3 in Light or Heavy Vehicles * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude * Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions * Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently * Team player with a willingness to learn new skills To make an application for this exciting role, make an application via this advert or alternatively, email me directly at (url removed) or for further information call (phone number removed)
