Programme Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365

The Programme Manager will lead the delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 programme, ensuring the successful implementation, integration and adoption of the platform across the organisation.

Working closely with the IT Director, business stakeholders and external implementation partners, the role will oversee programme planning, delivery governance, business readiness and the transition to the new system.

The successful candidate will combine strong programme management expertise with a sound understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring the programme is delivered against agreed timescales, budgets and business objectives.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 programme, from planning and mobilisation through implementation, testing, go-live and post-implementation support.

• Develop and maintain the programme plan, managing milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, risks and issues.

• Work closely with the IT Director and senior stakeholders to establish programme priorities, delivery objectives and success criteria.
