Job Summary
The Formative Few are recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery group in South West London, seeking Nursery Practitioners (Level 3) to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Observe, assess, and track childrens development
Support childrens daily routines, including mealtimes
Maintain accurate records and reports
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Work collaboratively within a team
Candidate Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
Previous experience in a nursery, childcare, or education setting (preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A proactive, reliable, and positive approach
Genuine interest in child development
Salary & Benefits

Fully funded Level 2 and Level 3 training (where applicable)
