• Location: East London (E15 & E16)
• Contract: 3-Month Temporary Assignment (with potential extensions)
• Hours: 36 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday
• Working Pattern: Hybrid Working (home and office-based)
• Pay Rates: £25.18 per hour PAYE (or Umbrella equivalent of £32.90 per hour)

Adecco are recruiting on behalf of a large East London local authority for an experienced Income Collection Team Leader to lead a high-performing income collection service focused on maximising rental income, reducing arrears, supporting residents and ensuring effective tenancy sustainment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished housing income professional with supervisory or management experience to oversee a team delivering rent collection and arrears recovery services across a diverse housing portfolio.

The Role
