Holt Doctors is a leading provider of healthcare staffing in the UK. We support NHS Trusts, Primary Care providers and the private sector by working closely with them, to source candidates for temporary roles.
Experienced Recruitment Consultant:
We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join Holt Doctors, helping connect doctors with locum opportunities across the UK.
You’ll develop relationships with doctors and healthcare clients, source candidates, uncover new opportunities and manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement and rebooking.
Whether you already have healthcare recruitment experience or come from another recruitment sector, we’re looking for someone who is commercial, proactive and motivated by building a successful desk.
What you'll be doing
You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle while building a strong network of doctors and some clients. This will include:
* Building and managing your own network of doctors, delivering excellent candidate care for long term working.
* Matching doctors with suitable locum opportunities across the NHS and private healthcare sector.
* Proactively sourcing new candidates according to job demand, understanding their availability and career plans.
* Developing relationships with internal Client Managers, NHS Trusts and private clients
* Identifying vacancies and creating new placement opportunities.
* Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement, compliance and rebooking.
* Keeping up to date with market trends, demand and competitor activity.
* Working closely with Compliance team to ensure doctors meet the necessary legislative, framework and client requirements.
* Maintaining accurate candidate and client information within our inhouse CRM.
* Using data, reporting and activity levels to identify where to focus your time.
* Part of the on call team to support service delivery
* Promoting recommendation schemes and other initiatives to grow and retain your doctor network.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to the success of the wider team.
