If you enjoy working directly with customers, supporting clinical care, and being part of a service that genuinely changes lives- this Hearing Wellness Advisor role offers a rewarding entry point into a long-term audiology career.You’ll play a key role in supporting customers throughout their hearing journey, while building the experience, skills, and qualifications needed to progress into clinical audiology- backed by the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with real responsibility, structured development, and a clear future pathway.The clinic environmentYou’ll work within a modern clinic, supporting both customers and Audiologists in delivering outstanding hearing care.The environment includes:Access to the latest hearing technology and hearing aid solutionsStructured diaries and appointment-based servicesStrong clinical and operational supportClear processes and high standards of careThe roleAs a Hearing Wellness Advisor, you’ll:Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcomeCarry out hearing screenings and pre-clinic checksSupport hearing aid maintenance, aftercare, and troubleshootingAssist Audiologists with clinic flow and customer preparationConfidently discuss hearing health, ear care products, and next steps with customersManage administration, appointments, and customer records accuratelyPlay an active role in delivering a high-quality, customer-centric serviceYou’ll be trusted with responsibility and supported to grow your capability over time.Training & career progressionFrom day one, you’ll receive structured training to build confidence and clinical understanding, including sessions at our Boots Hearingcare Academy in Llandudno.
