JOB ROLE FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (POWERED ACCESS) About us: We provide specialist Mobile Elevating Work Platform independent service support and LOLER/GA1 inspections to a range of businesses. We are official Distributors for Sinoboom,Dinolift, Palazzani & Navigator brands and we stock and sell the full range of equipment. Along with related parts & accessories, we provide warranty and service support. We are active members of IPAF. THE JOB Service, repairs and inspections on a wide range of powered access equipment on customer sites and in workshop if required. Problem solving, fault finding, preventative maintenance. Diagnosis of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment issues. Provide robust and prompt technical support to customers. Complete job documentation accurately - prepare and submit detailed service reports, including documentation of work performed, parts used, and time spent. Knowledge and experience of electrics, electronic, mechanical and hydraulic systems. Experience working within the plant equipment industry required. Experience working with forklifts / telehandlers / tracked equipment is an advantage.
