In-Room Dining Server (Part Time)

We're looking for a friendly, confident and guest-focused In-Room Dining Server to join our team on a part-time basis. The In-Room Dining Server is responsible for delivering food and drinks to our guests' rooms, ensuring every order is presented beautifully, and every interaction reflects the warm, distinctive service our hotel is known for.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally.
  
• Ensuring every order is accurate, beautifully presented and meets our standards.
  
• Creating genuine connections with guests and providing warm, personalised service.
  
• Setting up and clearing in-room dining orders efficiently and discreetly.
  
• Working closely with the kitchen, restaurant and wider Food & Beverage team.
  
• Responding to guest requests and helping to resolve any issues quickly and positively.
  
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety at all times.
