This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with insurance clients, delivering a high-quality, responsive service while building strong, long-term partnerships. You will act as a trusted point of contact, providing technical support, coordinating solutions across the business, and contributing to positive client outcomes. The role also offers the opportunity to support and mentor colleagues, helping to drive collective success and continuous improvement.What you’ll be doing:Managing day-to-day relationships with insurance clients, delivering a high standard of service and supportCoordinating and resolving client enquiries by working closely with teams across the businessProviding technical insight on investment products, client strategies and market developmentsAttending client meetings and calls, supporting discussions and leading operational or audit meetings where requiredDeveloping a strong understanding of client objectives and identifying potential risks and opportunitiesCollaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver client projects, data requests and change initiativesProducing and reviewing client reporting, documentation and investment-related materialsEmbedding Consumer Duty principles by delivering good client outcomes and responding to feedback effectivelyWho we’re looking for:Experience within investment management, with a focus on client service and relationship managementProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external clients, including senior stakeholdersStrong investment knowledge, including institutional products such as credit, private markets and LDIExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearlyCommercial awareness and the ability to identify client needs, risks and opportunitiesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlinesCollaborative mindset with the confidence to work across teams and contribute to shared goalsDegree educated (or equivalent), with IMC or a relevant professional qualification desirableWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
