As a Sports Mentor, you will use sport and physical activity as a tool to engage students who may struggle in a traditional classroom setting. The successful Sports Mentor will work on a 1:1 and small group basis, supporting students with behaviour, emotional regulation, and participation in learning. You will also support PE sessions, lead activities, and help students build confidence, teamwork, and resilience.
