1:1 Teaching Assistant - Primary School | Frome Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term Placement Location: Frome, Somerset Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a caring and committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs in a welcoming primary school in Frome. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in September 2026, ideal for someone with experience in delivering personalised support within a classroom setting. About the Role You will work closely with a pupil on a one-to-one basis, helping them to access learning, manage daily routines, and build confidence in the classroom. The school prides itself on being inclusive and nurturing, with a strong focus on pupil wellbeing and progress.
