Engineering Team Leader Location - Boston Salary - £56,000 Shift pattern - 4 on 4 off days and nights Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to oversee a team of mechanical and electrical engineers within a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will be incremental in driving performance standards and supporting the development and ongoing training of engineers in your team. Responsibilities: Experienced multi-skilled maintenance engineer leader within fast paced FMCG environment with conveyor and packaging machinery knowledge required essential for role Ability to diagnose breakdowns quickly across conveyors packaging systems PLC controlled equipment using CMMS and safety standards compliance essential requirement Excellent teamwork and communication skills required for shift based manufacturing environment collaborating effectively with production colleagues across operations daily essential Self motivated engineer able to identify improvements independently order parts and implement enhancements within manufacturing equipment systems proactive approach required Desire for ongoing training development including PLC electrical or inspection qualifications with willingness to learn continuously career progression essential requiredRequirements: Level 3 equivalent qualifications in Engineering, such as (NVQ, BTEC etc) Experience in a similar role, such as (engineering lead, lead engineer, senior engineer, maintenance team leader, maintenance shift leader, engineering supervisor) Strong fault-finding abilities and RCA experience.Should this position be of interest, please reach apply or reach out to (url removed)
